Shipping Methods
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Store Credit
We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 30 days from date of purchase. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the new size you would like and we would happily REFUND your payment once we receive your return.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a Local Homeless Shelter.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like.
